A. Any owner or occupant of any building now erected or located in the Village who, after being notified in writing by mail by the Village Clerk that the building number is on record and filed with the Village Clerk, shall, for thirty (30) days after such written notice shall be mailed, neglect or refuse to number any building owned or occupied by him in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 13-1-3 of this Code.
B. Any owner or occupant of any building hereafter erected in the Village who shall, for thirty (30) days after the same shall be erected, neglect or refuse to number said building according to the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 13-1-3 of this Code.
