A. Bond: For signs costing more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), a performance bond on the work to be done shall be required at the time of issuance of a sign permit. The amount of the bond shall be determined by a schedule maintained by the zoning administrator with the approval of the village board.
B. Insurance: Every sign contractor required to provide public indemnification shall provide a certificate of insurance with coverage adequate to indemnify the village against any form of liability to a minimum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00). (Ord. 2010-07-23, 7-15-2010)
