A. No permit shall be authorized for constructing, enlarging or altering any building or structure until the Village has received a copy of a receipt of payment of the fee or fees imposed by the DuPage County fair share transportation impact fee ordinance.
B. No occupancy permit shall be authorized until the Village has received a copy of a receipt of payment of the fee or fees imposed by the DuPage County fair share transportation impact fee ordinance. (Ord. 2016-12-28, 12-1-2016)
