   A.    The following sections are amended as indicated:

Section 101.1: Insert the name Winfield as the name of the jurisdiction.

Section 106.5.2: Insert "See appendix 1" for fee schedule.

Section 106.5.3: Insert ninety-five percent (95%) and ninety-five percent (95%).

Section 108.4: Insert the words "misdemeanor", "$750" and "six months" sequentially as required.

Section 108.5: Insert the numbers $100.00 and "$750" sequentially as required.
