The village of Winfield hereby adopts certain sections of the city of West Chicago's pretreatment ordinance, as set forth in section 8-7-3 of this chapter.
Provided, however, wherever the following terms appear in said section 8-7-3 of this chapter, they shall be changed to read and shall mean as follows:
A. The term "city" or "city of West Chicago" shall be changed to read "village of Winfield" except in sections 18-64.2(b)(13), (b)(14), (b)(18) and 18.64.4(c);
B. The terms "city engineer" or "director of public works" shall be changed to read "public works superintendent of the village of Winfield"; and
C. The term "city council" shall be changed to read "board of trustees of the village of Winfield". (Ord. 2001-4-6, 4-5-2001)
