A. Public sanitary sewers or private sewage disposal systems which are in accordance with subsequent provisions of this chapter shall be the only lawful means of disposing human waste or domestic waste within any area under the jurisdiction of the village.
B. It shall be unlawful to discharge to any watercourse, pond, ditch, lake or other body of surface or ground water within any area under the jurisdiction of the village, any wastewater or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with subsequent provisions of this chapter.
