8-1-6: RESTRICTIONS INVOLVING SEWER WORK:

A. Existing Septic Systems: No repairs or extensions will be allowed to present septic systems where the sanitary sewer is available.

B. Use Of Plumber's Name: No plumber shall allow his name to be used by any other person or party directly or indirectly for the purpose of obtaining permits or doing any work under his license. (Ord. 2017-02-02, 2-16-2017)
