A. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any recreational vehicle:
1. Within seven hundred fifty feet (750') of any residential dwelling;
2. On the private property of another, whether or not open to the public, without the express written consent of the owner, lessee or other person in control of the private property;
3. On public school grounds, park property, playgrounds, sidewalks, recreational areas and other public property without the express written consent of the proper public authority;
4. On or across railroad right-of-way;
5. Before eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. or after nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. (Ord. 2016-12-28, 12-1-2016)
