6-5-5: DUTY TO COMPLY WITH NOTICE TO DISPOSE:
All persons are required to dispose of any abandoned or inoperable vehicle under their control upon written notice received from the Corporate Authorities or from the Chief of Police or any member of his department designated by him commanding such disposition of said abandoned or inoperable vehicle. (Ord. 98-3-7, 3-5-1998)
