When any prohibited obstruction as defined in this Code exists, a notice shall be sent by the Police Chief or his/her designated representative, by first class United States mail to the owner or responsible party. Such notice shall describe the condition, state the work necessary to remedy the condition, and specify the time within which the necessary work must be performed. Failure of the property owner or responsible party to correct such condition within the specified time shall be deemed a violation of this Code. (Ord. 2007-8-43, 8-16-2007)
