A. When the Village's Police Department responds to a false alarm received from the same premises or business location more than three (3) times in a twelve (12) month period of a calendar year (January through December), which are not due to factors beyond the control of the alarm user, the alarm user or subscriber shall pay the Village an amount as established in section 13-1-3 of this Code for the fourth and subsequent false alarms. B. If payment is not received within the thirty (30) day period, as provided above, the charge for such response shall be increased to double the amount of the initial response charge.
C. If payment is not received within a one hundred twenty (120) day period, as provided above, the charge for such response may be forwarded to the Village's collection agency and additional collection fees as paid by the Village may be included in the fee paid by the subscriber.
