5-3-4: LOUD, CONTINUOUS, ANNOYING OR IMPULSIVE NOISES PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any dog which disturbs the peace with loud, continuous, annoying or impulsive noises at any time of the day or night. For the purposes of this section, "impulsive noise" shall mean a sound of short duration, usually less than one second with an abrupt onset and rapid decay. (Ord. 2016-12-28, 12-1-2016)
