All such trees shall be cut, trimmed or removed by the owner or owners of such real estate at any time as required to abate the nuisance. The property owner shall cut, trim or remove or cause the same within five (5) days after being notified to do so by the Village. The failure to cut, trim or remove said tree(s) within the designated periods shall constitute a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 2014-11-34, 11-6-2014, eff. 1-1-2015)
