The following trees are hereby declared to be a nuisance and to be against the health, peace and comfort of the Village for any person within the corporate limits of the Village:
Ash trees infected with the emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire).
Elm trees infected with Dutch elm disease.
Any tree that poses a threat of harm to any persons or damage to any property on any adjoining public or private property. (Ord. 2014-11-34, 11-6-2014, eff. 1-1-2015)
