4-7-23: CARELESS DRIVING:

No person shall operate any motor vehicle negligently, carelessly or without precaution in a manner so as to endanger any person or property on any public way, or upon any way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission by the owner, in the Village. (Ord. 2016-12-28, 12-1-2016)
