4-7-22: URINATING OR DEFECATING IN PUBLIC PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in or on any public street, right-of-way, alley, sidewalk, yard, park, building, structure, utility right-of-way, or other public place, or in any place where the urination or defecation is within the public view. For purposes of this section the public shall include police officers. (Ord. 2016-12-28, 12-1-2016)
