It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder, delay, resist, prevent or obstruct any police officer, or any person legally authorized by such officer, in the discharge of their official duties, or to aid, act or encourage any such hindering, delaying, resisting, preventing or obstructing, or to neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order or directions of any such police officer or person legally authorized by them.
