4-7-17: PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon public streets, sidewalks, alleyways or property of the Village, under the influence of intoxicating liquors, or to be disturbing the peace of any individual in public while so intoxicated. (Ord. 2016-12-28, 12-1-2016)
