4-7-13: SLINGSHOTS:

A. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any individual to use, sell, manufacture, purchase, possess or carry any slingshot within the Village of Winfield.

B. Penalty: Upon a finding of guilty for violation of this section, there shall be imposed a fine of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 2012-08-31, 8-2-2012)
