Waste containers, landscape waste units and landscape waste totters and recycling containers are to be stored at the side or rear of the residence, or inside of a garage, except during the period of time between four o’clock (4:00) P.M. the day prior to garbage pick-up and ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. on the day of collection, when said waste containers, landscape waste units, landscape waste toters and recycling containers may be placed at the curb.
