A. Deposits In Streets: No garbage, debris or refuse of any kind shall be deposited in any street, alley or public way, excepting bundled brush, garbage wrapped in paper or plastic or some similar material and garbage, rubbish and debris placed in closed containers (except for recycling containers furnished by the county of DuPage or the village pursuant to an authorized curbside recycling program) and placed for pick up by a scavenger service; and no such garbage, refuse or debris shall be so placed that it can be blown or scattered by the wind.
B. Deposits On Property Of Others: It is unlawful for any person to dump, deposit or place any garbage, rubbish, trash, or refuse upon real property owned by another without the consent of the owner or person in possession of such real property. (Ord. 91-5-1, 5-9-1991)
