3-7-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for anyone to conduct or to permit to be conducted from premises owned or leased by that person any house sale, attic sale, basement, yard or garage sale on any property in a district zoned Residential in the Village without a permit as provided herein. (Ord. 705, 1-23-1986)
