A. It shall be unlawful for any person, including any licensee, to sell, offer for sale, give away or deliver tobacco products to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
B. Every licensee shall display at all times in a prominent place at each point of sale, a printed warning card, issued by the Village and which shall read substantially as follows:
WARNING TO THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS: YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A FINE UNDER THE ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF WINFIELD IF YOU PURCHASE TOBACCO PRODUCTS OR MISREPRESENT YOUR AGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING OR OBTAINING TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
