1-5-4: COMMITTEES:
   A.   Committee Of The Whole: The village board of trustees will sit as a committee of the whole when necessary to discuss such matters as they so deem necessary. The president shall assign certain areas of expertise to each trustee for reporting purposes.
   B.   Temporary Committees: The president shall also appoint any temporary committees he deems necessary. (Ord. 473, 5-8-1975; amd. 1994 Code)
