The annual license provided for in this chapter may be suspended for a period of time not to exceed fourteen (14) days, or may be revoked by the Village President and Board of Trustees, upon a written finding of fact adopted by a majority vote that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter. However, such license may be revoked only after a public hearing by the Board of Trustees with no less than fifteen (15) days' written notice to the applicant at the time and place of the hearing.
