A. Exemptions: No license fee is required from persons hawking, peddling or selling product of his own garden or farm.
B. Unauthorized Sales: Any licensed transient vendor, itinerant merchant, peddler or hawker who shall barter, sell or peddle any goods, or wares or merchandise other than those specified in his application for a license shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each such offense and the President and Board of Trustees may revoke his license for such offense.
