A. It shall be unlawful for any business, licensed or not, to be conducted or operated: 1) so as to become a nuisance to the public health, safety and welfare; or 2) in violation of any applicable Code or ordinance of the Village.
B. It shall be unlawful for the owner or manager of any restaurant or other public place for eating or place for amusement to suffer or permit the consumption of or possession of alcohol or liquor on the business premises in violation of chapter 3 of this title.
C. It shall be unlawful for the owner or manager of any restaurant or other public place for eating or place for amusement to suffer or permit the consumption of alcohol by a minor on the business premises. (Ord. 2001-7-20, 7-5-2001)
