The location of any licensed business or occupation, or of any permitted act, may be changed, provided: a) that a ten (10) day notice thereof is given to the Village Clerk, b) that the new location qualifies for a license as provided in section 3-1-11 of this chapter. (Ord. 90-12-1, 12-13-1990)
