14-2-2: DEFINITIONS:

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words or phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

COMPLIANCE VIOLATION: A violation of a village regulation governing the condition or use of equipment on a vehicle or governing the display of a municipal vehicle tax license.

NONMOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATION: A. A violation of any vehicular standing or parking ordinance or regulation of the village; or

B. A compliance violation. (Ord. 2010-05-12, 5-6-2010)
