The purpose of this chapter is to provide a means for fair and efficient enforcement of village vehicular standing, parking, and condition of vehicle regulation violation(s) and other village regulation violation(s) as may be allowed by law, through an administrative adjudication of such violation(s) within the geographic boundaries of the village and a schedule of uniform fines and penalties and authority and procedures for collection of unpaid fines and penalties pursuant to section 5/11-208.3 of the motor vehicle code 1 .
