11-3-12: EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PLAN:
During the construction phase of land development, facilities shall be provided to prevent the erosion and washing away of the earth. An erosion and sediment control plan shall be submitted for review and approval along with the improvement plans and specifications. The plan shall include the minimum criteria as outlined in the village's current soil erosion control ordinance:
   A.   List of type of soils as indicated on soil conservation service maps or soils report by a soils engineer.
   B.   Earth movement plan including temporary stockpile locations and approximate quantities of materials.
   C.   Method(s) of controlling erosion and sedimentation.
These submissions shall be prepared in accordance with the minimum standards and specifications of the "Illinois Urban Manual", revised February 2002, contained in "Procedures And Standards For Soil Erosion And Sedimentation Control In Illinois", October, revised 1981, as may be revised, prepared by the Northeastern Illinois erosion and sedimentation control steering committee and adopted by the DuPage soil and water conservation district, which standards and requirements are incorporated into this title by reference and the DuPage County stormwater ordinance. The plan commission may waive specific requirements for the content of submission upon finding that the information submitted is sufficient to show the work will comply with the objectives and principles of this title.
