1721.01 APPLICABILITY.
   (a)   The provisions of the article apply to all areas of the Town of Winfield, except as may be expressly set forth below.
   (b)   Pursuant to the Emergency Rules of the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Board on file with the office of the Secretary of State, Title 169, Series 2 of the Code of State Rules, the Town of Winfield hereby elects to participate in the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping Project.
