The City of Winchester, being a small City and having no means of investigating or conciliating complaints filed alleging discrimination in housing will, therefore, assist all persons who feel they have been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, disability or national origin to seek equity under the law, by filing a complaint through the City with the Idaho Human Rights Commission or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Seattle Regional Office Compliance Division.
