Anything which is injurious to the health or morals, or which is indecent or offensive to the senses or an obstruction to the free use of property so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property, or which unlawfully obstructs free passage or use in the customary manner of any street, alley, sidewalk or public park, or injures any street or alley, or disturbs the peace and quiet, is hereby declared to be a "nuisance".
