5-4-2: DEFINITIONS:
 
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE:
A wheeled vehicle less than ten (10) feet in width at its widest point, self-propelled or unpowered and/or qualifying for a State of Idaho recreation vehicle permit.
RV PARK:
A tract of land with one or more spaces rented for the parking of recreational vehicles. (Ord. 210, 3-6-1995)
