For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall be defined as follows.
MANUFACTURED HOME/MOBILE HOME PARK: A tract of land under unified ownership developed for the purpose of providing nontransient rental space for parking manufactured homes on individual spaces within its confines.
MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOME:
A. Housing designed for long term residential use and built off site in a factory setting, and then transported to a site for installation and use when connected to required utilities.
B. Mobile/manufactured homes are divided into classes as specified in the definition of "mobile/manufactured homes" in section 8-2-2 of this Code. (1990 Code §4-802)
