7-3-5: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or the codes adopted in section 7-3-1 of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (2018 Code)
