7-3-4: BUILDING PERMIT FEES:
   A.   Payment Of Fees: The required fee for each building permit shall accompany every application for a building permit, or the City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized not to accept the same. Additional fees may be charged for checking plans and specifications or for inspection services. (1990 Code §4-404; amd. 2018 Code)
