7-3-2: DEFINITIONS:
   A.   Whenever the words "Municipality" or "City" are used in the Building Code, they shall be held to mean the City of Winchester.
   B.   Whenever the term "Corporate Counsel" is used in the Building Code, it shall be held to mean the attorney for the City of Winchester. (1990 Code §4-402)
