Notwithstanding § 73.03 of this chapter, no snowmobile may be operated at any time within the following restricted areas:
(A) Fountain Park Cemetery.
(B) Winchester Golf Course.
(C) Randolph County Hospital "Quiet Zone" as defined by the bordering streets of Greenville Avenue, Hospital Drive, and Oak Street.
(D) South end of Goodrich Park as defined by the following boundaries: to the north, park drive connecting Union Street entrance with Martin Street extension; to the west, Residence Street; to the south, Short Street; to the east, Union Street. This area includes the park playground areas, swimming pools, Old Morton Field and former building site, men's softball field, and Lions' Baseball Field.
