(A) No snowmobile may be operated on any public property in the city except as to travel directly to and from the location where a snowmobile is kept and stored to outside of the corporate limits of the city.
(B) Travel is limited to the following "snowmobile routes," and other streets and alleys as are required for direct access from the place where a snowmobile is kept and stored to and from the snowmobile routes:
(1) North end of Goodrich Park as defined as follows: North of the park drive connecting the Union Street entrance with the Martin Street extension. This area includes the footbridge over Salt Creek on the Martin Street extension.
(2) Residence Street from Short Street to Martin Street.
(3) Martin Street from Residence Street west to the city limits.
(4) Old U.S. 27 Business Route from Martin Street north to the city limits.
(5) Union Street from the Goodrich Park entrance east to the city limits.
(6) Short Street from North East Street to South West Street.
(7) North East Street from Short Street to Railroad Avenue.
(8) Railroad Avenue from North East Street to South West Street.
(9) South West Street from Railroad Avenue to Huntsville Road.
(10) First east-west alley north of West North Street between South West Street and Jackson Street.
(11) Jackson Street from first east-west alley north of West North Street to Stockyard Road and north to the city limits.
(12) Willard Street from Jackson Street to Clem Street.
(13) Clem Street from Willard Street to West North Street.
(14) West North Street from Clem Street to Cable Street.
(15) Cable Street from West North Street to Washington Street.
(16) Washington Street west to the city limits.
(17) Huntsville Road from the intersection of South Meridian Street and Orange Street west to the city limits.
(18) Orange Street from South Meridian Street to South Main Street.
(19) South Main Street from Orange Street south to the city limits.
