(A) No motor vehicle, truck, trailer, or semi-trailer shall be parked continuously in one place on a city street in the city for more than 18 hours.

(B) It shall be unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this chapter for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or operated by any such person to be parked in excess of the period of legal parking time established for the restricted area described in Ch. 75, Sched. I.
