(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 130.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $1, nor more than $10, for each offense; provided that, in the items listed in § 130.01(B) of this chapter, the Chief of Police shall notify said owners to comply with its provisions and, if after five days, after said notification the order has not been obeyed. Then, said owner shall be liable as above. Each day thereafter shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of § 130.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine as provided by the Kentucky Revised Statutes for a Class B misdemeanor.
