§ 130.02 NUDITY IN PUBLIC PLACES OR BUSINESSES.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ANUS. The posterior opening of the alimentary canal.
      AREOLA. The colored ring around the nipple.
      BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT. Any location at which business or employment is carried on for profit.
      PUBIC. Designating the region of the pubis.
      PUBLIC PLACE. The same meaning as “public place” defined in KRS 525.010.
      VULVA. The external parts of the female sexual organs.
   (B)   Prohibition.
      (1)   No person shall appear in public place or business establishment in such a manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva or genitals, or any simulation thereof, and no female shall appear in such manner or attire as to expose to view the portion of the breast below a horizontal line across the top of the areola at its highest point or simulation thereof.
      (2)   This prohibition shall include the entire lower portion of the human female breast, but shall not include any portion of the cleavage of the human female breast exhibited by a dress, blouse, shirt, leotard, bathing suit or other wearing apparel; provided, the areola is not exposed in whole or in part.
