789.05 PRESENCE OF PRIVATE SECURITY OFFICER.

When alcohol is present on the premises, a private security officer(s) registered with the City as required by Chapter 760, shall be present in the establishment, in uniform, to maintain peace and order for the full duration of the event, while patrons or guests are present.
