921.17 SANITARY SEWER TAP-IN FEES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS.

   There is hereby levied a sanitary sewer tap-in fee to be paid by each customer or a customer's expansion or reconstruction of existing commercial, industrial or institutional buildings located outside the City which have been approved for tying into the City sanitary sewer system as follows:

   (a)   Single-family residential   $2,000/unit

   (b)   Multifamily   $2,000/unit

   (c)   Business, commercial, industrial or institutional   0.75/sq. ft/bldg.
