1338.09 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.

At the request of the owner of the property or his or her agent, the City shall issue a letter or other written document signed and dated by the Building Inspector stating that all violations listed on the certificate of inspection have been completed to the City's satisfaction.
