(a) Any order for the correction of code violations contained in the point of sale certificate by the Chief Building Inspector or their designee shall be corrected by the owner of the property within ninety days of the issuance of the certificate unless, for good cause shown, the Chief building Inspector or their designee has extended the time for compliance.
(b) The provisions set forth in subsection (a) shall be required regardless of whether the agreement to sell or otherwise convey real property was completed.
