The Chairman of the Plan Review Board shall schedule meetings as necessary to complete any business before the Board. Each meeting of the Board shall be called pursuant to proper public notice, shall be open to the public, and shall conduct meeting business according to the published meeting agenda as prepared by the Chairman. A majority of the full membership of the Plan Review Board shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting a meeting of the Board. Any action taken by the Board shall require the recorded vote of a majority of the members of the Board present at the meeting at which the vote takes place.
