The Plan Review Board shall consist of the following members: Chief Building Inspector, City Engineer, Police Chief, Fire Chief, and a resident of the City of Willowick appointed by the Mayor. The Mayor shall further appoint an alternate member to the Plan Review Board who is a resident of the City of Willowick, and who shall serve in the absence of the resident representative. In the event that the Chief Building Inspector, the City Engineer, Police Chief, or Fire Chief are unavailable to attend a regular meeting due to being on vacation, out of the area for employment purposes, or they are otherwise unavoidably not available, the unavailable member may designate an individual to serve in his or her place for that meeting. The Chief Building Inspector shall serve as the Chairman of the Plan Review Board.
